INTRODUCTORY YOGA SESSION (BREATHING EXERCISES) - 20TH FEBRUARY 2017

This is an introductory session giving you a chance to gain a better understanding of what Yoga is about including learning the correct way to breathe which most of us really need a lesson on and underestimate it’s power! 

You will be informed of the different postures which will be taught to you should you book further sessions, their benefits which mainly are that they regulate and stimulate literally all the systems of the body!  You will also take away with you some exercises which you can continue doing at home.

Kindly arrive 5 mins before the starting time of 18:00.
