Circuit training is a form of group exercise in which strength, endurance and cardiovascular exercises are combined in one session.  It is a method of physical conditioning in which one moves from one exercise to another, usually in a series of different stations or pieces of equipment.

You will be taken through a warm up, followed by the main conditioning component of about 2-3 rounds (depending on the duration of the class you choose - 30, 45 or 60 mins) of 8-10 exercises which are performed for 30-60 seconds (either holding a position or repetitions) with a rest period of 15-60 seconds in between exercises depending on the intensity which you prefer (beginner, intermediate or advanced), ending with a cool down and relaxation including some stretches.  All 3 components of Warm-up, Main exercises and Cool Down are equally important; an explanation will be given during the class gaining a better understanding of this!

The combination of the various exercises is great for your overall fitness and works on cardio-respiratory and cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility; it will also work on improving your speed, reaction time, agility, balance and coordination.

30 minute - £20

45 minute - £30

60 minute - £40

(Bring along few friends, family or co-workers and above price per person will decrease)

Group Classes of 3 (30, 45 or 60 min): £7, £10 or £14 per person

 Group Classes of 7 or more (only 60 min):  £10 per person 

Why not give it a go with few of your friends. All you need to do is wear comfortable loose clothing and do not eat for a minimum of 2-3 hrs before the class.
