TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- Sessions are booked in blocks of 4, 6, 8 or 10

- Block bookings have to be paid for in advance, minimum 4 days in advance prior to the first session.

- All block booking payments are non-refundable after the first session in the block has been taken.

- The sessions will have an expiry so need to be taken within a specified time depending on how many booked, eg. 4 need to be taken in a month etc.

- All block bookings will be at regular time slots, arranged between us, if at all you cannot make that slot, we will re-arrange in the same week should other time-slots be available.

- A notice of 48hrs is required for cancellations for all sessions or full payment will be requested and the session will be lost.

- Exceptions are made only in extenuating circumstances
